Returns & Exchanges

Indigolind is happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase if it is subject to the condition that the product is returned in its original state (in original packaging), must be in an unused condition and include all labels.

When purchasing the product, the limitation of 14 days starts from the moment the product has been handed over to the Customer.

Before exchanging or returning a product, the Customer must notice Indigolind via e- mail: indigolind@gmail.com. Indigolind will then notify the Customer with further information and instructions.

The e-mail should contain the following information:

  • Customer´s full name
  • Order number
  • Name and size of the product
  • The reason for return or exchange

Return via SmartPost parcel machine

If the parcel arrives at a blue parcel locker, it can be returned within 14 days free of charge through Smartpost’s blue parcel lockers anywhere in Estonia with the same door code that was used to receive the parcel.

If you wish, you can also return the parcel from a white SmartPost parcel locker, in which case the return must be executed through the my.smartpost.ee self-service using the parcel’s barcode.

Otherwise, the return location is Merimetsa Selver SmartPost parcel machine in Tallinn and the recipient number is 5035125.
The direct costs of returning the Goods shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed between Indigolind and the Customer.

Important information

  • For the Aura dress, the shoulder straps must be untied before putting it in the box!
  • Please include information into the package: Name of the returnee and whether it is an exchange or return. If it is an exchange, please leave a written note stating which color and size of dress you would like to receive.

Refunds

Once a Customer return is received and inspected the money will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days. The money will be refunded to the same bank account it was paid from.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be made as soon as possible if the product is available in stock. If the product is not in stock, production time must be considered. If you have any questions, please contact us indigolind@gmail.com.
